With ADIPEC fast approaching, we look forward to attending the industry’s top exhibition and conference held in the Middle East

ADIPEC (Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition & Conference) is a key date in our calendar. This essential business event has been growing year on year into one of the world’s most important oil and gas shows. With a vast number of exhibitor stands from companies around the world and a notable line up of speakers, Corrotherm will be there to stay on top of industry happenings, future outlooks and the latest technologies.

Our CEO Jan Ward will be jetting over to the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre for the whole event, from 7-10th November, alongside Sayeed Junied, Regional Sales Manager for Abu Dhabi. Other members of our Middle East team will also be in attendance, including Senior Sales Engineer for Abu Dhabi Muzammil Umar and Project Engineer Mohammed Shahid.

“ADIPEC is an important event for Corrotherm to attend, and I am looking forward to the exciting program of events that has been lined up for this year,” says Jan Ward. “We have a strong team in the Middle East who will be attending ADIPEC to build business relationships, and explore future trends and technologies.”

ADIPEC has been running for 31 years, and has a long and respectable history. It attracts business professionals from all around the globe, and billions of pounds of business is conducted within the show period. The exhibition itself is one of the largest in the world, with stands from businesses operating in exploration and production, gas production, petrochemicals and refining, education and training, pipeline services and many more.

It is the perfect opportunity for networking and building solid relationships, with so many of the world’s top energy companies gathered in one location. Here at Corrotherm, we know that the strong ties we have with our customers and other businesses is essential, which is why we think it is important to have a strong presence at such events.

As well as the exhibition floor, ADIPEC has an enviable list of speakers at its conference to discuss critical industry topics that will affect the future of energy. This year, speakers include H.E. Mohammed Barkindo, OPEC Secretary General, and Ahmed Al Kaabi, UAE OPEC Governor and the Assistant Undersecretary for Petroleum, Gas and Mineral Resources at the UAE Ministry of Energy.

The conference consists of three global business leader sessions, eight executive panel sessions, and eight offshore and marine sessions, among others. Delegates have the opportunity to learn through more than 100 technical sessions. There is also a strong focus this year on women working within the energy industry, with a dedicated day of ‘Women in Energy’ sessions on 9th November, discussing those women making waves in the industry, as well as a look at the current market and its future potential.
