  • Chromium (Cr): 19-21%
  • Tungsten (W): 14-16%
  • Nickel (Ni): 9-11%
  • Iron (Fe): 3% max
  • Manganese (Mn): 1-2%
  • Silicon (Si): 0.4% max
  • Carbon (C): 0.05-0.15%
  • Phosphorus (P): 0.04% max
  • Sulphur (S): 0.03% max

UDIMET® alloy L-605 is a Cobalt based alloy of Chromium, Tungsten and Nickel with intermediate strength capability for continuous operation to over 800 deg C and good oxidation resistance to over 1090 deg C. The alloy remains non-magnetic even in the work hardened condition, the alloy can be formed and welded into ducting and combustion chambers.
